My Hip Hop Abs Workout

For a Mommy like me who gave birth 10 months ago via caesarian section, I wish I could go back to my normal form as I really gain weight during my whole pregnancy.Obviously my target area will be my tummy which i feel bloated as i have limited exercise. Not until I discover  Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs. I am not into dancing especially hip hop but they made this video workout easy to follow.

My husband and my two little kids occupy the floor space and move to the groove which makes our routine fun. My 5 year old kid knew the names of the routine such as Press the floor, Night fever and a lot more.
Abs Sculpt this would be a test if you really enjoy the Fat Burning Cardio, here its much faster and a bit intense and once you feel the routine you will ask for more.
Total Body Burn We've done this routine and from the combination of Shaun T's workout, its a bit hard I must say watch out for your breath and drink water if you need to.
There's more added workout videos aside from these, and I am proud to say I am loosing weight little by little and getting more confident and I could wear some nice fit clothes soon...

Dancing could be considered as a body workout. You do sweat as go on dancing. I even do it during weekend with workout videos as my guide. It is fun to do because I do enjoy it.
